Have this ready before you start.
  • The student's full name — the member the payment is for.
  • The student's email address — this is what we match on. Names repeat; email addresses do not.
  • Your own name and email — so the receipt reaches you.

If you were sent an invoice, pay it from the link in that email instead. That route already knows the amount and the member, so there is nothing for you to type and nothing to reconcile afterwards.

Not sure what is owed, or a payment has not appeared after a few days? Email mark@bksigs.com before paying again — a duplicate payment is far more work to unpick than a question is to answer.
